Rates

$75 - $95 per night. There is a two night minimum stay required on special event weekends.  Special rates are available for extended stays.  Rates are subject to change without prior notice.  All rates are also subject to a 6% PA tax and a 3% County Bed and Breakfast tax.

Occupancy

Our rooms are furnished to accommodate two people.  Exceptions to this are possible by special arrangements made in advance and will be detailed in your confirmation letter.

Payment

Your room will be held for you by using MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. At check-out you may use any of these credit cards or pay by cash, check or money order.

Reservation Policy

We require a deposit of one nights stay (including tax) at the time your reservation is made.  One night reservations require full payment at the time of the reservation.

Cancellations

Small Bed & Breakfasts and Cottages are greatly affected by cancellations.  Cancellations or changes must be made at least 21 days prior to your check in date.  BEFORE the 21 day cut off, cancellations will be refunded minus a $35 cancellation fee per room.  Reservations cancelled after the 21 day cut off will receive a refund minus the $35 cancellation fee per room ONLY if the space is re-rented.  No Call/No Show means no one else can book the available room and you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.  No refunds are available for early departures.

Minimum Nights Stay

There is a two night minimum stay required on holiday weekends.

Lost Keys

Visitors who lose their key(s) will be charged a fee of $100 to have the locks re-keyed.

Breakfast

The Bryan House B&B visitors receive a country breakfast on Sunday from 8 to 10 a.m.  A continental breakfast is served Monday through Saturday.  *Any dietary needs are happily accommodated with at least 3 weeks prior notice.

The Gable Inn Cottage visitors do not receive breakfast.  The cottage has it’s own full kitchen for your convenience.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome to stay at the Gable Inn Cottage.  At The Bryan House Bed and Breakfast children under the age of 7 are not encouraged because the furnishings are not child safe.

Parking

We have off street parking to accommodate our guests.  There is also parking room for visitors who want to bring their boat.

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted outdoors.  Smoking inside the Bed and Breakfast or the Cottage will result in an immediate request to leave, and an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be added to your bill.

Wireless internet is available.

What do we provide?

We provide all of the bedding and towels for the Bed & Breakfast and the Cottage.

What you need to bring

You need to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste and your tooth brush.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are Available for The Bryan House, by the lake The Gable Inn and Spring Creek Farm General Store.

Drug Use

No drug use or heavy alcohol use is permitted at ANY TIME.

Open Flames

No candles or open flames are permitted.
